from then to now
TDG Marketing opened its doors in the year 2000 as a one-man operation out of Owner and Founder Barry English’s home. In the early years, he ran the business solo with support from his wife and, as the company grew, his two daughters. In business now for over 25 years, TDG Marketing has stayed true to its roots as a family-run company, though we are now a sizable team and a fully remote agency.
 
Mandy English-Parry joined TDG in 2014 as a Junior Account Coordinator and worked her way through every role on the Client Services team. Mandy proudly took over TDG as President and Owner in 2023, continuing the family legacy with a clear vision for growth shaped by the TDG values we hold as a team: Trust, Care, Innovation & Creativity, Communication, Growth, and Work/Life Balance.
 
While we’ve grown significantly over the years, being a family business remains at the heart of TDG Marketing. We care deeply about every team member and client — and those relationships, shaped by our core values, continue to drive our work forward.
